By downloading, installing, or using the MyLock application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyLock is a smart home security application that provides access control, video intercom, and property management features. The Service requires compatible hardware (kiosk devices) and an active internet connection.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not share your account with unauthorized users
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to circumvent security features
Keep your contact information up to date

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Shared Access

When you share access to your property with others, you are responsible for managing those permissions. We are not responsible for the actions of individuals you have granted access to.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to security breaches, unauthorized access, or equipment failure.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
